KRLD Restaurant Week - Coming in August!

  WHAT:       DFW’s fine dining scene features superstar chefs and an expansive selection of food genres - - making it a culinary stand out.  This summer North Texans will find sizzling dining deals at their favorite HOT spots during KRLD Restaurant Week (RW) presented by Central Market.  It’s the ideal time to get acquainted with the region’s hottest menus, while supporting area restaurants and charities.

WHEN:       KRLD Restaurant Week runs August 17-23*

Many restaurants will extend the festivities by two or even three weeks

WHO:        More than 100 top restaurants in Dallas/Fort Worth (i.e. Abacus/Jasper’s, Bijoux, Bistro Louise, Del Frisco’s, Fearing’s – Ritz Carlton, Lonesome Dove, and more).

WHY:        Dining Out’s A Good Deed, Helping Families in Need.  Indulge or unwind over a girls’ night out, date night or family outing without taking a hit to the pocketbook.  Treat yourself to a tasty three-course prix fixe meal priced at only $35/person (tax, tip and drinks billed separately).  Founded by KRLD Radio, the 12th annual promotion benefits the North Texas Food Bank in Dallas and Lena Pope Home in Fort Worth with $7 of each meal going to the charities.  Last year nearly $440,000 was raised.

  • Reservations required.  Must specify KRLD Restaurant Week when booking.
  • “Preview” Weekend (Aug. 14-16): Back for a 2nd year, get a first taste of select restaurants’ special RW menus at $40/person and enjoy a fun, summery house drink made of 10 Cane rum or Grand Marnier.
  • Wine flight / pairing selections: Provided as an added compliment to each prix fixe course. (Note: alcohol is an extra charge.)  The DFW chapter of the American Institute of Wine and Food will award the chef/restaurant with the best grouping with a Napa Valley trip.
  • Central Market: Consumers making an in-store purchase of $25 or more will receive a certificate redeemable for a free fourth course valid at participating restaurants.  Local retail locations will also feature cooking demos from RW chefs, check stores for details.
